How a Family BBQ Changed Everything

What started as a normal family BBQ became the moment that changed my life forever. As I pulled into my uncle's driveway, I heard terrifying screams coming from outside. My twin cousins had been swimming in the pool, and in a brief moment when the kids were left unattended, one of them began to drown. Panic took over as the adults around me froze in fear — but instinct immediately kicked in for me. Without hesitation, I rushed to the pool, pulled my cousin to safety, and began performing CPR in a safe area. In those critical moments, I realized how important it is for everyday people to know basic lifesaving skills. That experience became the foundation and inspiration behind starting Inheritance CPR.

My mission is bigger than teaching certification classes — it's about empowering families, parents, coaches, caregivers, and entire communities with the confidence and knowledge to act in an emergency. I believe CPR is more than just a skill; it is an inheritance of life, preparedness, and protection that can be passed down from one generation to the next.
